Our classes cover all aspects of traditional Tang Soo Do karate training; from syllabus patterns (hyungs) and kicking drills to weapons training and sparring. We combine hands-on experience with the theory and philosophy behind techniques. We teach discipline and enjoy training together in a friendly and inspiring atmosphere.
